Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ son Justin Combs visited his dad in prison on Christmas Day.

Us Weekly can confirm that Justin, 31, made the trip to Fort Dix Prison in New Jersey on Thursday, December 25 to see his father.

Diddy’s rep, Juda Engelmayer, told People on Friday that the father-son duo shared a heart-to-heart conversation behind bars. The visit lasted 90 minutes, according to Engelmayer.

“Justin visited him yesterday,” Engelmayer told the outlet. “They talked and caught up on life with each other. They talked about dealing with the hard times now and reflecting on the past and learning from it and how to do better in the future.”

Engelmayer added, “It meant a great deal [to Diddy], particularly on Christmas, to have family close.”

Speaking to Us on Friday, Engelmayer said that Diddy later “sat with a few inmates and talked, counseled, and uplifted their spirits.”

Despite Christmas traditions often involving the exchange of gifts, Diddy and Justin did not give or receive any presents for the holiday due to prison rules and restrictions, per TMZ.

It is the first Christmas Diddy has spent in prison since his sentencing in October and his second behind bars since being arrested in September 2024. Diddy is currently serving his 50-month sentence for two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Justin, who Diddy shares with ex-girlfriend Misa Hylton, was among those who wrote a letter in support of his father prior to the disgraced music mogul’s sentencing.

“Since his absence, life has felt incomplete. Each morning I wake up praying it was just a nightmare,” Justin wrote at the time. “My father has been there for me every day of my life — not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually and in the deepest sense of what it means to be a father. I know how rare that is.”

Justin also asked that the judge “see my father the way I do — not through headlines, but through the eyes of a son who loves and needs him. Please allow him the chance to come home, to be the father his children desperately need and to continue the work of becoming the man I know he is capable of being. My siblings and I cannot get back this lost time, but we pray you will give us the gift of having our father back in our lives while we still have time with him.”

Justin, who was born in 1993, is the rapper’s oldest child. In addition to Hylton, Diddy also shares six more children with his late wife Kim Porter, Sarah Chapman, and Dana Tran.

As well as writing a letter, Justin also showed support for his dad via his Instagram Story on September 26, calling for Diddy’s release.

“FREE PD ASAP” Justin wrote alongside the double exclamation point emoji at the time.

Earlier this month, Us Weekly revealed what would be on the menu for Diddy’s Christmas Day as an inmate.

Like most other days in the correctional facility, breakfast started as early as 6 a.m. Bran Flakes, whole wheat bread with butter and jelly, as well as a fresh banana and skim milk were served up.

For his Christmas lunch, the rapper and the other inmates were offered baked Cornish hen or soy chicken, mashed potatoes with chicken gravy, cornbread dressing and mixed vegetables for their holiday afternoon, according to a prison menu seen by Us,

Diddy also received a choice of fruit or holiday dessert, per the prison’s menu.

Meanwhile for Christmas dinner, Diddy was offered a sandwich with either deli meat and cheese or peanut butter and jelly. Sides included potato chips and more fruit or dessert, according to Fort Dix’s holiday meal list.
