Britney Spears and Paris Hilton have reunited — and our early aughts-loving hearts can’t handle it.
“Paris is such a stunning mom… most moms act extremely weird and uncomfortable if you take real pleasure in bonding!!!! Good lord, I think the nanny was offended because I took over the room instantly… they didn’t see her again for the next 6 hours!!!!” Spears wrote via Instagram on Friday, December 12, sharing a video of Hilton’s young children, son Phoenix and daughter London, who appeared to be dressed as Peter Pan characters. (Paris shares her two children with husband Carter Reum.)
“My relationship with little Phoenix was quite intense he actually let me hold him forever and he held my chest and looked up to me and his stunning mamma was miraculously so beautiful in letting me hold him for so long…” she continued. “I’m so proud of Paris for being such a strong, beautiful mother!!!!!!! And thank you sexy lady for visiting me on my birthday!!! You already know I love you sis!!!!”
Hilton, 44, previously opened up about her relationship with Spears and how the pop star interacts with her two kids during an August 2024 appearance on Talk Shop Live.

“She loves visiting the babies, especially little baby Phoenix,” Paris said of Spears. “It’s just so cute seeing her with the babies. She just loves kids so much.”
Hilton also looked back on her own friendship with Spears. The two were known for their partying during the early aughts. While reflecting on the time period, Hilton admitted they used to put her own hit single “Stars Are Blind” on repeat before heading out for the night.
“That was all we listened to in the car. Going into the club,” she said. “It was just, like, our anthems for going out at night. It was so much fun.”
Spears also reflected on her relationship with Hilton in her 2023 memoir, The Woman in Me. Hilton touched on Spears’ kind words during a November 2023 visit on The Kelly Clarkson Show.
“One of the people who was kindest to me when I really needed kindness was Paris Hilton,” Spears’ book noted, which stood out to both Clarkson and Hilton.
“I was crying when I read that, that really touched me,” Hilton said at the time as she gushed over Spears. “She’s just so strong, I love her so much and I’m just so proud of her for speaking her truth and writing this whole book. That quote meant a lot to me when I read it.”
At the time of the book’s release, a source exclusively told Us Weekly that Spears wanted to begin work on a second book project. The Woman in Me was written before she and ex-husband Sam Asghari separated.
“Britney’s not looking to go after Sam,” a second source told Us. “She just wants [to talk about] why the relationship broke down.”

Spears referred to Asghari as a “gift from God” in her memoir. “I have an appreciation for how stable he is. I love that he doesn’t even drink,” she wrote. “I knew I wanted him in my life immediately. The chemistry with us in the beginning was insane. We couldn’t keep our hands off each other.”
