Charlie Sheen‘s ex-wife Brooke Mueller claimed the actor has failed to pay her the full $660,000 per year in child support she was awarded in their divorce for years — and now she wants a judge to step in and help her collect, Us Weekly can report.
On Thursday, December 4, Mueller filed court docs in her divorce from Sheen, per TMZ. (Sheen and Mueller were married from 2008 to 2011 and share twins Bob and Max.) She asked that a hearing be set to determine how much Sheen owes her in back support.
Mueller said she believes Sheen owes her $8,967,600 for child support for the period March 1, 2011, to December 2, 2025. Mueller also believes Sheen owes her a total of $6.4 million in interest, bringing the grand total that Sheen allegedly owes to $15,386,000.
The motion seeks to have Sheen pay the child support arrears and $25,000 toward her legal fees associated with the motion, within 30 days of a court order.
Per the paperwork, Mueller claims Sheen paid her $295,000 for 2011 despite owing $550,000. She said he did not make child support payments from 2012 to 2015 even though he owed $660,000 per year.

Mueller said he paid her a small portion, totaling $96,000, in 2016; $228,366 out of the $660,000 owed in 2017; $113,000 in 2018; and zero in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
She said he paid her $20,000 in 2023, $30,000 in 2024 and $39,000 so far this year, despite still owing her the massive six-figure sum per year.
In a court declaration, Mueller told the judge, “Charlie made full child support payments through June 2011. Beginning in July 2011, he made either partial payments or failed to make any payments.
Sheen has yet to respond to the case.
Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller’s Ups and Downs Through the Years
Back in 2024, Sheen filed court docs, obtained by People, claiming he reached a deal with Mueller over custody of the kids. The exes share custody but per the deal, if Mueller relapsed, Sheen would immediately be awarded sole custody.
Mueller appeared in Sheen’s Netflix documentary released in September. She spoke candidly about her marriage to Sheen and the troubles they experienced as a couple, including Sheen being taken into custody for an incident between the two in Aspen. Mueller claimed Sheen threatened her with a knife. Sheen did not talk about the arrest in the documentary.
The actor was eventually sentenced to 30 days in a drug rehab center, 30 days of probation and 36 hours of anger management over the charges.

Mueller spoke highly of her ex-husband and thanked her for his support over the years when she was struggling with substance abuse.
“Charlie really stepped up when my stuff was going dark. It was really dark. He had all the reason not to be there for me. Now he’s taken the role of the responsible protector, especially with the boys,” she said.
