Madison LeCroy has thoughts about Andy Cohen asking Jennifer Lopez about her ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez’s rumored connection to the Southern Charm star.
“That was weird,” LeCroy, 35, told Cohen, 57, during the Wednesday, December 3, episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. “Why’d you do that?”
Lopez, 56, appeared on WWHL in October, where Cohen asked her about the speculation that Rodriguez, 50, previously DM’ed LeCroy while playing a round of his “Plead the Fifth” game. Lopez succinctly responded that she has “nothing to say about [her] personal life.”
While speaking with LeCroy on Wednesday, Cohen defended his line of questioning.

“Why did I do it? How could I not do it?” Cohen said. “I owed it to the Southern Charm fans.”
LeCroy claimed in 2023 that Rodriguez slid into her DMs amid his romance with Lopez. The former MLB star, who called off his engagement to Lopez in 2021, subsequently denied the accusations.
LeCroy, meanwhile, reiterated her version of events while on WWHL.
“Austen [Kroll] can vouch for me on this,” she said, referring to her fellow guest on Wednesday. “When that all transpired, [Austen] would write the messages for me because we didn’t believe it actually was him. To clear it up, I never met that man — never, ever, ever. So, we’re done [talking about it].”
Kroll, 38, chimed in and shared that he was initially shocked that LeCroy, who he previously dated, received an apparent message from Rodriguez.
“I remember we were in a Chick-Fil-A drive-thru, and you’re, like, ‘Look,’” Kroll recalled of the social media exchange. “I was, like, ‘What in the world? He’s trying to fly her coach [when she’s] a big deal.’”

LeCroy, however, “didn’t remember” Rodriguez offering to buy her a plane ticket in coach to meet up.
“Hence, why we didn’t meet,” she joked.
Lopez, Rodriguez and LeCroy have all moved on. After the Kiss of the Spider Woman actress and Rodriguez split, she reunited with former fiancé Ben Affleck. Lopez and Affleck, 53, got engaged in 2022 and tied the knot the next year. The pair divorced in 2024 after two years of marriage.
As for Rodriguez, he has been in a relationship with Jac Cordeiro since 2022.
“She’s been incredible for me and for Cynthia [Scurtis],” Rodriguez exclusively told Us Weekly in September 2023, referring to his ex-wife. “[Jac is] the only person that can come into coparents and make us both better. Cynthia has got in incredible shape following [my girlfriend’s] JacFit program. I’ve lost 32 pounds following her program.”
LeCroy, for her part, married Brett Randle in November 2022, three years before welcoming daughter Teddi.
“I’m already, like, planning the third,” the Bravolebrity, who also shares 12-year-old son Hudson with a past partner, exclusively told Us in June. “I’m like, ‘We gotta do this again. This is so fun.’ It’s actually been really relaxing and nice, and I think if it would’ve been this easy the first time, I would’ve had, like, five kids.”
LeCroy, who welcomed her baby girl via C-section, further opened up to Us about how her body “definitely changed” postpartum.
“I try not to look down too, too much,” she said. “I will say it’s not as bad as I thought it was gonna be. I definitely am gonna give myself grace and time with this because I have no desire [to bounce back].”
