Snowfall reports from the storm that has been working its way through the state are starting to come in from weather observers across Maine.
Here’s how much snowfall has been reported in communities across the state, according to the National Weather Service:
Aroostook County
Mars Hill – 3.5 inches
Presque Isle – 2.6 inches
Cumberland County
Portland Jetport – 1.6 inches
Piscataquis County
Wellington – 1.1 inches
Penobscot County
Patten – 1 inch
Hancock County
Dedham – 2 inches
A report from the Gray National Weather Service issued around noon showed that Auburn received 1.8 inches of snow; Lewiston received 1.5 inches; East Baldwin received 2.6 inches and Skowhegan received 1.3 inches.
