Authorities are investigating three fires that broke out in Norway overnight.
The first fire was reported just before 2 a.m. Friday on Beal Street, according to Maine State Police Lt. Aaron Turcotte.
Then a second fire was reported about a half mile away on Alpine Street about 2:47 a.m., and while authorities responded to that fire, they discovered a third fire just down Alpine Street and quickly alerted the occupants, who were asleep, Turcotte said Friday.
The fires remain under investigation.
Anyone with information about the fires can call the Department of Public Safety in Augusta at 207-624-7076.
