Authorities say an SUV plunged into a pond in Acton after the driver was forced off the road.
The York County Sheriff’s Office says a Ford Explorer crashed into Horn Pond in Acton around noon on Tuesday.
Deputies say a 30-year-old New Hampshire man was driving on New Bridge Road when he was forced off the road by an unknown oncoming vehicle.
The driver swerved and went off the roadway and landed in Horn Pond about 20 feet from shore.
The driver was not hurt.
