Post Malone and his ex-fiancée, Hee Sung “Jamie” Park, are done fighting in court after hashing out a settlement over their 3-year-old daughter, Us Weekly can confirm.
On November 13, Malone and Park filed court docs in Utah, which informed the judge of the terms of their deal. Per court records, the deal covered paternity, child support, custody, parenting time and all other matters related to the child.
As Us previously reported, the legal drama between the exes over their child started back in April when the musician filed a court case against Park in Salt Lake City.
Park filed her own petition in Los Angeles after moving several months after giving birth. She asked that they share legal custody of their child, born in 2022, named “DDP” in the filings. She said their daughter had lived with her and Malone since she was born.

In court documents, Malone told the court Park’s case should be dismissed and the case heard in Utah. He argued that their kid was raised in Utah and had strong ties to the state.
Malone believed Park moved to California in an effort to obtain a higher child support award. The entertainer demanded Park’s suit be tossed and his case moved forward.
In a court declaration, Malone explained, “I am a resident of Utah and have been since 2019.”
Malone admitted Park was from California but moved to Utah once they started their relationship.

“Jamie remained in Utah, living with me from January 2022 until January of 2025,” Malone alleged. “From January of 2022 until January of 2025, Jamie did not have a home or an apartment in California because she was living in Utah.”
Malone said it was clear the relationship was over in November/December 2024 and that was when she told him she wanted to move. He said they had been sharing custody of DDP when Park lived in Utah. The singer said Park told him she was moving to Utah but he never agreed to let his daughter move there full-time.
“I agreed to financially assist Jamie with her move to Los Angeles paying to move her belongings from our home in Utah to Los Angeles,” Malone wrote in his declaration. “I agreed to do so to maintain our co-parenting relationship in a peaceful and cooperative manner.”

“I also agreed to be the guarantor on Jamie’s Los Angeles apartment lease so she would qualify for a safe place to live and DDP would be safe when she was in Jamie’s custody,” Malone added. He told the court that Park moved into the new apartment in Los Angeles in January.
Malone explained that his daughter was born in L.A., but only to allow Park to be delivered by a doctor they selected and because her family lives in the area. He said they went back to Utah three months after the birth.
As part of his plea to dismiss the California case, Malone told the court his daughter had a nanny in Utah who had taken care of her since she was a newborn. He also pointed to the many classes she is enrolled in.

At the time, he wrote, “I understand that Jamie may eventually establish legal residency in California once she meets the legal requirements. However, I do not consent to Jamie’s back door attempt to change DDP’s residence from Utah to California.”
“I request that the California Court admonish Jamie for her lack of candor, gamesmanship in attempting to forum shop, and her intentional action to try to mislead the court about DDP’s home,” he said.
Park eventually agreed to dismiss her California case and have the case heard in Utah, where they reached their recent settlement.
After things fizzled out between the two, Malone started a relationship with a new girlfriend named Christy Lee, but they broke up in June.
