Hannah Ferrier watches every Below Deck spinoff — except the one she starred on.
“I don’t watch Below Deck Med,” Hannah, 38, exclusively told Us Weekly at BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas on Saturday, November 15. “It’s like the only Bravo show that I don’t watch.”
Hannah noted she wasn’t sure why she wasn’t interested.
“I watched the other Below Deck shows — and it’s not even like a [Captain] Sandy or Aesha [Scott] thing because I’ve watched them on other seasons,” she added. “I don’t know what it is. I can’t get into it.”

She continued: “I watched when Sandy was on Lee’s season of Below Deck, when she went to replace him. I watched when Aesha was on Below Deck Down Under so I genuinely don’t know what it is. Within 30 seconds, I turned it off.”
Hannah brought the topic up to Sandy, 60, saying, “She gets it. It’s probably a little triggering.”
Before her exit in 2020, Hannah was the longest-running chief stew on Below Deck Mediterranean with five seasons under her belt. Kate Chastain rivaled that with six seasons on Below Deck, while Below Deck Sailing Yacht retained Daisy Kelliher as their go-to chief stew on three seasons before she switched to Below Deck Down Under. Rounding out the franchises, Aesha, 33, appeared on two seasons of Below Deck Down Under before returning to Med.

Hannah was previously outspoken about how her tumultuous working relationship with Sandy influenced her departure. The pair started working together in 2017 and were constantly at odds.
While filming season 5, which aired in 2020, bosun Malia White reported Hannah for having Valium and a CBD vape pen in her cabin. Hannah was let go from her position on the boat despite claiming that she had a prescription for the anti-anxiety medication.
Sandy defended her decision to fire Hannah. In October 2023, however, Sandy said on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen that she would be willing to work with Hannah again.
Former ‘Below Deck Mediterranean’ Stars: Where Are They Now?
Earlier this year, Sandy and Hannah confirmed to Us during a joint interview that they reconciled off screen.
“I’m in such a calmer and better place in my life now. My daughter has grounded me a lot and I’m just in a very different place than I was 10 years ago when I started Below Deck. So when Sandy reached out to me and said, ‘Would you be interested in doing this with me?’ I was like, ‘Absolutely,’” Hannah recalled to Us in April. “There’s so much turmoil in the world. So much is fueled by hatred. But just sitting down with Sandy for a few hours and just having a really good honest chat was so cathartic and healing.”
Hannah continued: “Because I don’t like hanging onto any negativity or bad emotions. So being able to really sit down and open up to each other was so good. Then this opportunity came up six to eight months later.”
Below Deck Med airs on Bravo Mondays at 8 p.m. ET. New episodes stream the next day on Peacock.
