Ariana Grande fans may want to check out her upcoming Eternal Sunshine Tour, as the pop star revealed in a new interview that it will be her last for the foreseeable future.

“I think the last 10 to 15 years will look very different to the ones that are coming up,” Grande, 32, said on the Tuesday, November 18, episode of the “Good Hang With Amy Poehler” podcast. “I don’t want to say any definitive things.”

She continued, “I do know that I’m very excited to do this small tour, but I think it might not happen again for a long, long, long, long time. I’m gonna give it my all, and it’s gonna be beautiful, and I’m so grateful. I think that’s why I’m doing it because I’m like, ‘One last hurrah!’ — for now.”

Grande announced The Eternal Sunshine Tour in August, nearly a year and a half after releasing its namesake album, which featured the hit singles “Yes And?” and “We Can’t Be Friends (Wait for Your Love).” She is scheduled to perform 41 shows across North America and Europe between June and September 2026, with stops including Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena, Brooklyn’s Barclays Center and London’s O2 Arena.

It will be Grande’s first outing since her 2019 Sweetener World Tour, which consisted of 100 concerts and grossed $146.6 million.

While Grande has continued to release music in recent years, her focus appears to have shifted to acting. She starred in 2024’s Wicked, which landed her an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress, as well as its upcoming sequel, Wicked: For Good. In addition, she will appear in the fourth installment of the Meet the Parents franchise, Focker In-Law, and the 13th season of American Horror Story, both of which are expected to premiere next year.

“I spent so much time only doing pop music, but I grew up as a girl who loved musical theater and comedy,” Grande said on “Good Hang.” “So I think the thing that will be best for my soul and also my art and for what I’m giving myself to is if I’m chasing things that feel very right in the moment. Even if it’s mundane, it needs to be something different.”

Grande explained that she joined the Focker In-Law cast because she loved the “funny” script and cast, which also includes returning stars Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Blythe Danner and Teri Polo. The movie wrapped filming last month.

“I’m so excited,” the “Into You” singer shared. “Then I’m doing a small stint of shows next year because that is something that authentically sounded good to me.”

Grande added that “following those authentic impulses feels like a really good idea” at this stage of her career.

While Grande plans to step back from performing after The Eternal Sunshine Tour, she recently assured fans that starring in Wicked made her fall in love with music again.

“There was something broken about my relationship to pop music that was healed recently through the time away,” she told The New York Times earlier this month. “I think it got away from me in a way I didn’t expect. There’s a thing that comes along with your dreams coming true that feels dangerous at times.”
