Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott agreed neither party would pay support and they would work together to handle their massive $1.7 million tax debt, Us Weekly can report.

Us obtained the divorce settlement filed by Spelling, 52, and McDermott, 58, on November 3. The exes agreed the date of separation is June 17, 2023.

Per the deal, Spelling will keep all bank accounts in her name, her entertainment companies and all furniture in her possession.

The actress also gets to keep a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban, which is currently in McDermott’s name. She will also keep a 2021 Bronco, all interest in her SAG-Producers pension plan and any and all “goodwill associated with Tori Spelling.”

In addition, she will keep half interest in all the entertainment projects they worked on together over the years. She will keep all interest in an untitled cookbook and cooking show she is working on — along with a potential renovation show and an untitled travel show.

Spelling will keep all of her residuals from Beverly Hills, 90210, all of her solo books and her podcast revenue.

Spelling said she will not hold McDermott accountable for a $288,000 loan owed to a third party and another $70,000 owed on a loan. She said she will also cover $10,000 in medical bills and all credit cards in her name.

The actress will also split a $37,000 American Express bill and one-half of the six-figure sum owed to City National Bank.

The settlement said the exes owe $1.7 million in back taxes and will work on paying the debt together.

McDermott will walk away with a 2006 Ford Expedition, 2017 Ford Escape and a 2006 Yamaha Stratoliner. He will cover $20,000 owed in medical bills and all credit cards in his name.

The agreement said they will split custody of the kids and neither would pay child or spousal support.

Tori Spelling’s Alleged Income Revealed in Dean McDermott Divorce Filing

Spelling filed for divorce in March 2024 and initially asked the court to award her spousal support. McDermott opposed the request and claimed he was not making money like he used to during the marriage.

The exes eventually ended up on the settlement with no support.

As Us previously reported, following the divorce, Spelling started a romance with CEO Ryan Cramer. (She previously went on dates with him in 2023 but things ended. The couple decided to give it another try and are still together.) For his part, McDermott entered into a relationship with a woman named Lily Calo.

Tori Spelling and Ex Dean McDermott Are Over $200,000 in Debt

McDermott announced the breakup in a June 2023 Instagram post.

On November 10, Spelling spoke out about the divorce on her “misSpelling” podcast.

She said, “While we had our ups and downs and problems throughout our marriage, we had no problems throughout the divorce, which I think is a testament to the two of us and wanting to really step up and be there for the five humans we chose to create out of love.”

Spelling added, “I am a little nervous right now,” as her voice cracked. She described the split as completely “amicable” despite “the press” wanting to “change the narrative.”

McDermott spoke to Us on November 10 about Spelling. He said, “We’re great coparents. Our relationship is fantastic. We’re a united front. It’s all about the kids.”
