Corey Feldman’s estranged wife, Courtney Feldman, believes she deserves an increase in spousal support due to his having scored a massive payday from Dancing With the Stars, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On Tuesday, November 11, Courtney filed court documents arguing for an increase in her monthly support from Corey, 54.
In her filing, she described Corey as a “well-known former child actor and current musician and entertainer,” while she works as a part-time coffee barista and part-time at Goodwill.
Courtney and Corey wed in 2016 and split in 2023. They have yet to settle for spousal support and attorney fees. The actor started paying his ex $2,000 a month in support in August 2023, which was increased to $3,500 a month in November 2024.
Courtney said she believes the support should be upped to $7,226 per month due to an increase in Corey’s available income. She noted he recently appeared on Dancing With the Stars, where she said contestants reportedly pull in between $125,000 to $300,000 for appearing.
She said a forensic accountant found that Corey had a gross income for the first eight months of 2025 of $21,878 and an average gross 20-month income of $19,797. Courtney said she continues to work minimum wage jobs and currently lives out of state because she cannot afford housing in Southern California.
Courtney requested that the support be retroactive from October 2024, with credit given for support Corey did pay. She asked for a lump sum of $16,712 in retroactive payments.
She said the payments should run for three years and terminate on September 30, 2027. Courtney said she owes her divorce lawyer $8,000 and wants Corey to pay her an additional $15,000 in fees to cover her legal fees.
In her filing, Courtney alleged she had to borrow money from her father at one point. She also complained about not having a car while Corey “had access to 2-3 luxury vehicles.”
Courtney said they had no real estate. She said Corey had three businesses that were started before the marriage but she did not claim a stake in them.
She did ask for $42,409, which she said was half of the community assets. Courtney said when they split they had nearly $85k in the bank and she wants a cut.

Her lawyer claimed, “During the time after separation, Courtney had serious [medical issues], resulting in significant out-of-pocket medical expenses, currently at $4,379.35.”
Courtney asked the court for an increase of her monthly support, $16,000 in back support, a $42,000 lump sum, a car “if available,” $15,000 for legal bills and $4,000 for her medical expenses. Corey has yet to respond in court.
Samantha Waranch, Corey’s publicist and close friend, told Us, “I can say these requests are unexpected and excessive. Corey has continued to financially support Courtney for years. He has maintained her health insurance since the day she left.”
She added, “Corey has always worked incredibly hard for everything he has, and he hopes that everyone in his life chooses to build their own success rather than relying on his.”
Corey filed for legal separation in September 2023 after nearly seven years of marriage. In his paperwork, he cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the breakup and said the date of separation was June 22, 2023.

In her response, Courtney asked the court to award her spousal support. She said she had been forced to live with friends, had no car and had to borrow money from family.
She claimed the marriage fell apart due to Corey’s alleged partying. Courtney claimed she told the actor in early 2023 that she would “not be ‘partying’ anymore” due to her “deteriorating health.” She added, “Once I said no to the drugs our relationship quickly unraveled.”
Corey denied the accusations in November 2024 in a statement to In Touch.
“I’m deeply hurt by the false accusations surrounding our divorce. Those who truly know me understand these allegations were made to sensationalize the story and gain sympathy from the court and public,” Corey said., “Rather than addressing each false claim, for the sake of my family, I’ll simply say we were no longer compatible for the same reasons many marriages fall apart.”
