NFL star Stefon Diggs is about to be a father of three.
Diggs first became a parent in 2016, welcoming daughter Nova with a former partner, one year after being drafted in the NFL.
“When I look at her, I’m like, ‘Whoa, you act just like Tre,’” Diggs told Sports Illustrated, referring to his younger brother and his daughter’s respective soft-spoken tendencies.
Diggs welcomed his second child, a daughter named Charliee, with Aileen Lopera in April 2025. Five months later, Cardi B confirmed that she and the New England Patriots athlete are expecting a baby. (Cardi shares three older children with estranged husband Offset.)

“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs. I’m excited,” Cardi said during a September interview on CBS Mornings. “I’m happy. I feel like I’m in a good space. I feel very strong, very powerful that I’m doing all this work — but I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”
At the time, Cardi praised Diggs for making her “feel very confident, and it makes you feel like you could take over the world.”
“Two weeks ago, I was literally having a panic attack. I was, like, crying and crying and crying, just because I was getting really nervous with the whole album rollout,” she said of her Am I The Drama? record. “People were coming at me very hard; you know, sometimes people love you, people hate you. And people was just saying very mean things about me. And he was just like, ‘Girl, you better get it together.’ … I feel like feeling safe, feeling confident, it makes you feel like you can take over the world.”
Diggs, who started dating Cardi in late 2024 following her separation from Offset, revealed weeks later that the rapper is due “real soon.”
“It’s a boy,” Diggs told People at the CFDA Awards in November 2025. “I can’t wait to make him do push-ups and sit-ups and run around.”

Nova Diggs
Diggs welcomed his firstborn daughter in October 2016 with a past partner, who has not been publicly revealed. Nova, meanwhile, is often a fixture at her dad’s NFL games alongside the rest of her family.
Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera
Model Aileen Lopera gave birth to daughter Charliee in April 2025.
Lopera previously filed a paternity suit against Diggs in December 2024, claiming that he is the father of her baby and asked for child support. Diggs, for his part, requested a DNA test to confirm his paternity. If the test indicated that Charliee is his daughter, Diggs said that he wanted joint legal and physical custody.
The test results reportedly came back in November 2025.
“The paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is the father of the child,” Lopera’s lawyer Tamar Arminak told The Sun. “Now that the child’s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work toward being great parents to their child.”

Cardi announced in September 2025 that she and Diggs are expecting their first baby together, her fourth.
While Cardi has not publicly addressed Charliee’s birth, she did seem unbothered by the paternity suit.
“That’s your baby daddy, bitch? That’s my baby daddy too,” she said during a social media livestream. “Well, what now? I don’t f***ing know. We’ll figure it out, bitch.”
