Victoria Beckham stood by husband David Beckham’s side as the former soccer star was officially knighted by King Charles III.
The couple looked radiant on Tuesday, November 4, while stepping out at Windsor Castle for the ceremony. The retired athlete’s parents, Sandra and David, were also present for the honor. (The family provided a united front amid the ongoing drama surrounding the extended Beckham clan.)
Three of David and Victoria’s four children — sons Romeo and Cruz and daughter Harper — also attended the ceremony. The couple’s oldest child, son Brooklyn, did not appear to be in attendance amid the family’s ongoing feud.
“No one deserves this more than you, love you so much xxx. Congrats Sir dad 😂, ” Romeo, 23, shared via Instagram on Tuesday.

David, 50, received knighthood on Tuesday for his services to sport and charity.
“I couldn’t be prouder. People know how patriotic I am — I love my country,” David told the BBC of his newfound title. “I’ve always said how important the monarchy is to my family. I’m lucky enough to have traveled around the world, and all people want to talk to me about is our monarchy. It makes me proud.”
The former soccer player quipped that Charles, 76, was “quite impressed” with his suit for the occasion. David said that Victoria designed the outfit, which was inspired by some of Charles’ old looks.
“He’s the most elegantly dressed man that I know, so he inspired quite a few of my looks over the years, and he definitely inspired this look,” David added. “It was something that my wife made me.”
Victoria, meanwhile, opted to wear a navy blue dress with a matching fascinator.
It was announced in June that David would officially receive the knighthood. The honor is a long time coming for the British star.
This past May, a source told Us Weekly exclusively that David “really wants the knighthood” because of his dedication to England.
“[David] loves the royal family and even queued on his own to pay tribute to the Queen when she died,” the source added at the time. “He’s old-school and respectful.”

When it was announced that David was finally up for the knighthood, he couldn’t help but gush over the honor.
“Growing up in East London with parents and grandparents who were so patriotic and proud to be British I never could have imagined I would receive such a truly humbling honor,” Beckham said in a statement in June. “To have played for and captained my country was the greatest privilege of my career and literally a boyhood dream come true.”
Beckham made his professional soccer debut with Manchester United in 1992.
“Off the pitch, I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to represent Britain around the world and work with incredible organizations that are supporting communities in need and inspiring the next generation,” the statement continued. “I’m so lucky to be able to do the work that I do and I’m grateful to be recognized for work that gives me so much fulfillment.”
David concluded, “It will take a little while for the news to sink in but I’m immensely proud and it’s such an emotional moment for me to share with my family.”
