The first week of November boasts some fantastic new streaming content on platforms.

Watch With Us is probably the most excited for Frankenstein, Guillermo del Toro’s highly anticipated adaptation of Mary Shelley’s classic novel, with an all-star cast including Oscar Isaac, Jacob Elordi and Mia Goth, on Netflix.

But that’s not all. The series premieres of King and Conqueror on Amazon Prime Video, Pluribus on Apple TV and All Her Fault on Peacock are also worth checking out.

We’ve got the rundown for the five best new shows and movies that you can stream this week.

New on Netflix in November 2025 — The Full List of Movies and TV Shows

‘Frankenstein’ (2025)

Genius but self-destructive Victor Frankenstein (Isaac) creates a monstrous being that has devastating consequences for both creator and creation. Attempting to adhere more closely to Shelley’s book, the film charts the life of Frankenstein from his adolescence through being fired as a surgeon for reanimating a corpse, ultimately leading to his successful attempt at bringing life back from death.

In festival reviews and reactions during the film’s brief theatrical run, critics and fans overwhelmingly praised the film for its visuals, emotional core, performances and faithfulness to the source material. It’s also been compared favorably to films like Interview with the Vampire and Bram Stoker’s Dracula.

Watch Frankenstein on November 7 on Netflix.

‘All Her Fault’ Season 1

Based on the novel by Andrea Mara, All Her Fault follows Marissa Irvine (Sarah Snook), who arrives to pick her young son up from a playdate, only to find that her son isn’t there — and the mom who answers the door doesn’t know either Marissa or her son. As Marissa and her husband Peter (Jake Lacey) search for their son, their family begins to fall apart, uncovering life-altering secrets.

This new mystery-thriller series has a killer premise and a great cast. In addition to Succession’s Snook and The White Lotus’ Lacey, All Her Fault features Dakota Fanning, Michael Peña, Sophia Lillis and Abby Elliott. It’ll be Snook’s first major television role since Succession wrapped back in 2023, and we couldn’t be more excited based on the thrilling trailer.

Watch All Her Fault on November 6 on Peacock.

‘The Alto Knights’ (2025)

Featuring the great Robert De Niro in a dual role, The Alto Knights takes place in New York during the 1950s and centers on notorious crime bosses Frank Costello (De Niro) and Vito Genovese (also De Niro). The two powerful men battle for control over their city despite having once been close friends, now bitter enemies following numerous betrayals.

Written by Goodfellas co-scribe Nicholas Pileggi, The Alto Knights is directed by Barry Levinson (Rain Man) and costars Debra Messing, Cosmo Jarvis and Kathrine Narducci. While the film received mostly negative reviews from critics, it was more well-received by fans. Plus, it’s hard to pass up on the gimmicky appeal of double De Niro.

Watch The Alto Knights on November 6 on Amazon Prime Video.

‘King and Conqueror’ Season 1

This eight-part historical epic period drama depicts a dramatized version of the events leading up to the Norman Conquest of England. Game of Thrones’ Nikolaj Coster-Waldau plays William, the Duke of Normandy, and House of Guinness’ James Norton takes on the role of Harold Godwinson of Wessex, who together meet allies at the Battle of Hastings in 1066 and eventually fall into conflict for control of the monarchy.

King and Conqueror has been praised for its performances and ambition, although many have taken issue with the creative liberties it has taken in depicting this part of history. Nevertheless, the entertainment value is high if you don’t need to treat your TV shows like high school history essays.

Watch King and Conqueror now on Amazon Prime Video.

‘Pluribus’ Season 1

From Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul creator Vince Gilligan comes this new sci-fi drama series that reunites him with his Saul star Rhea Seehorn. Carol Sturka (Seehorn) becomes literally the most miserable person on the planet when a strange illness causes everyone to be relentlessly calm and happy all the time. Seemingly the only person immune to the virus, Sturka may unlock the key to its cure.

5 Movies and TV Shows You Need to Watch in November 2025

Pluribus co-stars Karolina Wydra (True Blood) and Carlos Manuel Vesga. The series isn’t just hotly anticipated for fans of Gilligan’s work; Gilligan had been developing the idea for ten years — after Breaking Bad had ended, and around when the spinoff, Better Call Saul, started up. And after working with Seehorn on Saul, Gilligan realized he’d found his next protagonist.

Watch Pluribus on November 7 on Apple TV.
