Patrick Mahomes in his showgirl era while celebrating the Kansas City Chiefs’ blowout win over the Las Vegas Raiders.
Mahomes, 30, posted a video via Instagram of his second quarter touchdown pass to wide receiver Rashee Rice on Sunday, October 19, which was soundtracked by Taylor Swift’s song “Opalite” from her latest album, The Life of a Showgirl.
The Chiefs quarterback captioned the video with a clock emoji. Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes, commented on the clip: “YASSSS 🔥🔥🔥”
Swift, 35, was in attendance at Sunday’s game at Arrowhead Stadium, keeping a low-profile in a suite while hanging out with her dad, Scott Swift.

The pop star and her fiancé, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, celebrated the victory at Kansas City’s 1587 Prime, the steakhouse owned by Kelce, 36, and Patrick.
The Chiefs demolished the Raiders 31-0 on Sunday, with Patrick completing 26 of his 35 passes for 282 yards and three touchdowns.
Two of those touchdowns were completed to Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice, who was playing in his first game of the season after serving a six-game suspension for his role in a high-speed car crash in March 2024.
Kelce, meanwhile, finished with three catches for 54 yards, including a season-long 44-yard reception in the first quarter.
The win marked the second-consecutive victory for the Chiefs, who improved to 4-3 on the season, one game back of the Denver Broncos for first place in the AFC West.
After the game, Patrick credited Rice’s return to the lineup with being a catalyst for the Chiefs’ most lopsided game of the season.
“I think you saw, he gets so much attention because he is such a special football player,” Patrick told CBS’ Tracy Wolfson on the field. “Whenever you get the football to him, he makes stuff happen. So it was good to get him back out here and get the offense rolling.”
Patrick added, “We’re running at a high level all we can do is continue to get better and better. We’re gonna keep working, keep trying to get better. Keep incorporating Rashee and everybody else, and see where we can get to.”
After Sunday’s win, Rice, 25, said he had to “bring the juice” and score the game’s first touchdown in his highly-anticipated return.

“You don’t really know how much you love something until it’s gone — or possibly could be gone,” Rice told reporters. “I was able to get a glimpse of that. I don’t ever want to feel that again. Just being able to be out here with my brothers, that’s the most love I’ve had in a long time.”
Kelce also gushed about the importance of having Rice back on the field — and put the rest of the NFL on notice.
“I think it’s just a glimpse of what you’re going to see from here on out,” Kelce told reporters. “We’re going to get even more and more in sync with having the full arsenal. As long as we keep playing unselfish and getting excited for each other, the sky’s the limit for this group.”
The Chiefs return to action on Monday, October 27, when they host the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football.
