Meghan Markle is playing coy when it comes to a possible third season of With Love, Meghan.
“I think, looking at that format — again, with a year of learns — we’re able to say eight episodes for two seasons, it’s a lot of work,” Meghan, 44, said during her panel at Fortune‘s Most Powerful Women Summit on Tuesday, October 14. “Having done Suits for seven years, I remembered what goes into a production. I also recognize how much people want content in different sizes.”
Meghan explained there’s some “testing” going on behind the scenes. (Us Weekly has reached out to Team Sussex and Netflix for comment.)
“It’s amazing to be able to sit and watch a show for 30 minutes, but how can I give you a recipe in two minutes and where can I share that with you and how that continues to grow As Ever?” she continued. “So, [we’re] exploring all the options of what it could look like.”

With Love, Meghan premiered in March, with its second season hitting Netflix in August. Both seasons featured a lineup of star-studded guests — like Mindy Kaling and Chrissy Teigen — who entered Meghan’s home and cooked with the Duchess of Sussex.
While Meghan didn’t give a concrete answer about the future of the show, she did tease the “really good” With Love, Meghan holiday special — which will apparently premiere next month.
“I do lots of gift wrapping techniques. You guys know I used to teach gift wrapping at Paper Source, an advanced gift wrapping [class],” Meghan teased. “All of those things that you do as an auditioning actor, that’s not the full circle I was expecting, but here we are.”
Questions about the future of With Love, Meghan come after the former actress and husband Prince Harry extended their partnership with Netflix, signing a multiyear, first-look deal for all of Archewell Productions’ TV and film projects in August despite reports that the couple had parted ways with the streamer.

“We’re proud to extend our partnership with Netflix and expand our work together to include the As Ever brand,” Meghan said in a statement this summer. “My husband and I feel inspired by our partners who work closely with us and our Archewell Productions team to create thoughtful content across genres that resonates globally, and celebrates our shared vision.”
A first-look deal typically allows a company to review a project before making a definitive decision about whether they want it. If the project is passed on, the creator is able to shop it elsewhere.
One thing the Archewell team still has in progress — which was confirmed in August — is the adaptation of Carley Fortune’s book Meet Me at the Lake.
“I’m thrilled to confirm that I’m teaming up with Netflix and Archewell Productions on the [adaptation] of Meet Me at the Lake,” the author shared via Instagram in 2023. “Writing this book was a tremendous personal challenge, and to see it recognized in this way is truly incredible.”
