Ryan Murphy‘s legal drama All’s Fair looks well worth the wait with the official trailer teasing death, sex, campy chaos and someone getting arrested — all while Kim Kardashian is just trying to get a divorce.
Hulu released the first look on Wednesday, October 8, which introduced an all-female law firm run by Allura Grant (Kardashian), Liberty Ronson (Naomi Watts), Emerald Greene (Niecy Nash), Milan (Teyana Taylor) and Dina Standish (Glenn Close). Their greatest enemy? Rival attorney Carrington Lane (Sarah Paulson).
“Boy, do I love coming here. Walking down that hallway shaped like a clown cervix,” Paulson’s character said before referring to Kardashian and Nash as “beef curtains [and] Black Mae West,” adding, “As much as I would like to continue to exchange pleasant cocktail pleasantries, there is a war to be won.”
The firm seemed to be flourishing with clients played by Elizabeth Berkley, Grace Gummer, Brooke Shields and more. But a storm was brewing as protagonist Allura ended up weathering her own divorce.

“I tell my clients every day that you never really know a person,” Kardashian’s character said while clips from her nuptials to Chase Munroe (Matthew Noszka) played on screen. “It is just a trap.”
In a not-so-surprising turn of events, Paulson’s Carrington took Chase on as a client. Allura, meanwhile, was determined not to let Carrington — or Chase — win and her revenge wasn’t just in the courtroom but in a Beyoncé-inspired Lemonade moment where she smashed a car with a bat.
Carrington was just as determined to win, telling Chase, “You are the victim here. Every tear you shed is $100,000 in your pocket.” While the former couple faced off, Nash’s Emerald was seen representing Allura.
“You are not taking so much as a ballpoint pen out of this building,” Emerald said during mediation before Carrington jumped in, “Enough edging counsellor. Let us cum already.”
At the end of the trailer, Carrington took the mocking one step further by dressing up as Allura.
“Before you comment on my new appearance, please know that this look is nothing more than next Halloween’s costume where I will be dressing as a whore lawyer,” Paulson’s character said while looking just like Kardashian’s Allura.

According to the official synopsis, All’s Fair follows “a team of female divorce attorneys leave a male-dominated firm to open their own powerhouse practice.”
“Fierce, brilliant, and emotionally complicated, they navigate high-stakes breakups, scandalous secrets, and shifting allegiances — both in the courtroom and within their own ranks,” the description continued. “In a world where money talks and love is a battleground, these women don’t just play the game — they change it.”
The Hulu series will premiere on Tuesday, November 4, with three episodes being released before switching to weekly drops. In addition to the star-studded main cast, there will be appearances from O-T Fagbenle, Kathleen Garrett, Ed O’Neill, Judith Light, Steven Pasquale, Jessica Simpson, Tamara Taylor and Lorraine Toussaint.
