STONINGTON — Opera House Arts is pleased to announce its second Film Club series! Film Club is a membership-based program that offers space for people to gather and watch classic films together on the Stonington Opera House big screen.
All screenings will take place on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. The films and their dates are:
- Oct. 14: The Philadelphia Story
- Oct. 21: All About Eve
- Oct. 28: Rear Window
- Nov. 4: All the President’s Men
- Nov. 11: Unforgiven
- Nov. 18: Pulp Fiction
Cinephiles who have not yet joined Film Club are invited to purchase a membership now so as not to miss the opportunity to catch these six films on the big screen. Membership includes a guest pass to one film.
The Lobby and Concession stand will open an hour before each screening and stay open for an hour after for gathering and discussion.
On Nov. 20 at 5 p.m. members of Film Club are invited to come to the Lobby of the Opera House for refreshments and discussion prior to the 6 p.m. film-themed trivia night — each member of film club will get an extra point for their team!
