Maine political candidates who think they will attract supporters by using profanity in their campaigning speeches (will they also display profanity on their campaign posters?) are scraping the bottom of the barrel as regards campaign leadership standards. I believe they are personifying airhead awareness. All ages, from childhood to senior citizens who have had and heard a lifetime of use of profanity across the American national culture and society, will become aware of their low-brow standards campaign rhetoric through various news media or in person.
