Seann William Scott has agreed to increase his monthly child support payments to his ex-wife, Olivia Korenberg, after a bitter court battle, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On Tuesday, September 30, Scott, 48, and Korenberg’s lawyers filed court documents revealing they had hashed out an agreement where the American Pie star would pay $11,000 per month.
Korenberg, 35, was previously living in a home owned by Scott, but has moved into her own home. The home in question was a point of contention between the exes. Korenberg claimed Scott, 48, blindsided her with an eviction weeks after she informed him about a new romantic partner.
She said she believed Scott was going to allow her to live in the home long-term. Scott scoffed at the claims and said the deal was always for Korenberg to live in the property for a short amount of time. He denied that he asked his ex to leave in retaliation for her new boyfriend.

In a court declaration, Scott told the court, “I have always been supportive of Olivia’s new relationship and have encouraged a thoughtful introduction of this relationship” to their daughter.
As Us previously reported, Scott filed for divorce from Korenberg in 2024 after four years of marriage. The exes share a 5-year-old daughter.

Back in April, Korenberg asked the court for help in stopping Scott from forcing her to be out of his home within a certain amount of time. She also asked that she be allowed to move further than 15 miles away from Scott and that the joint custody be modified to give her more time with their daughter. The actor objected to this request.
The exes went to trial earlier this year, where they both testified. On July 28, the judge ended up siding with Scott and denied Korenberg’s request to amend the custody arrangement.
In the court order, the judge proposed the exes work on communicating with each other.

He noted that Scott’s decision to force Korenberg to vacate his home was legal but that “does not mean that taking it will not have significant relationship consequences or that it would not be wise to be mindful about communicating and explaining it.”
“Similarly, [Korenberg] raised repeatedly that she learned about the [divorce] not directly from [Scott] but via social media reports on Valentine’s Day,” the judge added. “While there may be some explanation for this which was not part of the evidence, it does on its face suggest at best a lack of consideration and at worst a deliberate attempt to publicly humiliate [Korenberg].”
The judge also scolded Korenberg for certain decisions she made.

The actor owns three homes in Los Angeles, two cars, furniture worth $171,000 and artwork valued at $93,000.
