Even the most peaceful friendships on The Real Housewives of Orange County can turn chaotic.
In Us Weekly’s exclusive sneak peek of the Thursday, October 2, episode of Bravo’s reality show, Heather Dubrow and Gina Kirschenheiter’s casual conversation turns into quite an unexpected confrontation.
“To be honest, I don’t know you as a comedian,” Gina shares in the preview about her longtime friend and costar.
For Heather — who previously starred in shows like Jenny, Stark Raving Mad and That’s Life before segueing into reality TV — the comment isn’t impressive.

“Why don’t you watch anything that I’ve ever done?” she asks. “But I know, I’m so humorless.”
In a confessional interview, Heather, 56, continues to question why Gina, 41, knows so little about her.
“So Gina, you’re my close friend and you have no idea that I was a sitcom actress for years?” she asks.
Gina, however, believes her friend’s acting past is just a small part of who she is today.
“I’m sure you were very, very funny when you were on all those sitcoms in 1994,” Gina says before playfully throwing shade. “I’m sure you were but I was in the fourth grade.”
While Shannon Beador may be the one responsible for causing a fight — “Now I’m the asshole because I brought it up,” she says in the clip — it’s too late to blame fingers. Both Gina and Heather are ready to hash it out.
“You want to make fun of me as an athlete, that is fine,” Heather says.
Gina replies, “You need to write down all the rules then, Heather, because if I go slightly out of bounds, it’s the end of the world. [Tamra Judge] can tell you to ‘f*** off’ all day long but if I slightly go out of the rules and it’s not OK and I get the finger and the face. You’re afraid of confrontation but not with me.”
Earlier this season, The Real Housewives of Orange County cast traveled to New Orleans for a cast trip. During the vacation, Tamra lashed out at several costars, including Heather. After a private lunch, the pair find a way to move on from the dramatic cast trip.
While some cast members have accused Heather of being afraid of confrontation — especially with Tamra — the “Between Us” podcast host denies being scared of anyone — or anything.
“I am not afraid of confrontation,” Heather says in the sneak peek. “Not with anyone. That’s bulls***.”
Gina adds, “Not with me. That’s how I feel. I’m allowed to have feelings.”
Throughout season 19, Gina and Heather have been on good terms. Instead, much of the drama has been centered around Tamra vs Shannon, Tamra vs Gretchen Rossi and Katie Ginella vs the entire cast.

Despite all the drama brewing in the OC, Heather wants viewers to remember that the cast is real people with real emotions. As a result, some may want to think twice before posting a critical comment on social media.
“Sometimes the audience gets a little hot and bothered about people,” she exclusively teased to Us on September 10 when celebrating iHeartPodcasts’ fall shows. “I’m truthfully telling you these are good women. They’re good mothers, they’re good partners and they’re good friends. People make mistakes, a misstep, as we all do in life, but you got to be careful.”
