A Portland man is missing.
John Maddocks, 57, was last seen at the end of August, the Portland Police Department said Tuesday morning.
Maddocks has a history of mental health challenges, and police believe he could be within the city’s unhoused community.
Police described Maddocks as a white man who is 5-foot-5, weighs 155 pounds and has brown eyes.
