Lana Del Rey set the record straight on whether she’s had plastic surgery.
Del Rey, 40, clapped back at a fan who claimed she preferred the singer’s “natural nose” via Instagram on Tuesday, September 24.
After a fan account reminisced on Del Rey’s 2008 Kill Kill EP look, when she went by the name Lizzy Grant, the singer commented that the stage name is still part of her. “Ugh she never went anywhere, no more of that,” Del Rey wrote of her platinum blonde look. “Box dye hair does not [make] a new person.”
The fan account shared Del Rey’s response on Tuesday, and the “Video Games” singer again again commented, “I don’t like it.” She also saw more messages from social media users and clapped back at one who assumed she got a rhinoplasty.

“Her natural nose was so perf🥹,” the follower wrote, to which Del Rey replied, “To u and dear readers, [I] still never even been under the knife or anesthesia in my life for the 15th year in a row!!”
She went on to note she has used filler to “build up the bridge of [her] nose” to make it appear “tall [with] no bump.”
She added, “Takes seven minutes -in fact Dr Antel’s intern released those ‘befores’ against [HIPAA] laws years ago much to my panic so u already know this.”
Fans were quick to reply to Del Rey’s comment and hype her up. “TELL EM MAMA,” one commented, while another wrote, “Set the record straight, mother!” A third gushed, “You are obviously beautiful with or without fillers.”
