A man trying to serve Taylor Swift deposition papers on behalf of Justin Baldoni’s legal team was arrested at Travis Kelce’s home, multiple outlets reported.
According to a police report first obtained by Star, Justin Lee Fisher was caught at Kelce’s gated property in Kansas on September 15 around 2 a.m. local time.
Fisher — who is believed to be a former cop-turned-private eye — was charged with jumping the fence onto a private residence in a private neighborhood.
He is due back in Leawood Municipal Court on October 15.

“I’ll be happy to talk to you about it when it is resolved,” Fisher told Star when asked about the incident. “[I] wasn’t hurt or anything besides being arrested for doing my job and possibly losing my [private eye] license.”
In September, Baldoni’s team submitted a letter claiming Swift “agreed” to be deposed in October after the release of her new album, The Life of a Showgirl.
Swift’s legal team, however, refuted Baldoni’s claim that she “agreed” to be deposed in his federal lawsuit against Blake Lively.
“As counsel for the parties know, since the inception of this matter, we have consistently maintained that my client has no material role in this action,” read a letter filed by Swift’s legal team on September 12. “Further, my client did not agree to a deposition, but if she is forced into a deposition, we advised (after first hearing about the deposition just three days ago) that her schedule would accommodate the time required during the week of October 20 if the parties were able to work out their disputes. We take no role in those disputes.”
Lively and Baldoni’s legal drama began in December 2024, when the actress accused her It Ends With Us costar and director of sexual harassment, creating a hostile work environment and purposefully creating a smear campaign against her.
Lively proceeded to sue Baldoni, alleging that she was retaliated against for the sexual harassment allegations.
Baldoni strongly denied the allegations and countersued Lively. A judge, however, dismissed his $400 million countersuit in June.

While Baldoni believes, via court documents, that Lively leveraged some of her celebrity friends to have influence over It Ends With Us, Swift’s team has denied any involvement.
“Taylor Swift never set foot on the set of this movie, she was not involved in any casting or creative decisions, she did not score the film, she never saw an edit or made any notes on the film, she did not even see It Ends With Us until weeks after its public release, and was traveling around the globe during 2023 and 2024 headlining the biggest tour in history,” Swift’s rep previously said in a statement. “The connection Taylor had to this film was permitting the use of one song, ‘My Tears Ricochet.’ Given that her involvement was licensing a song for the film, which 19 other artists also did, this document subpoena is designed to use Taylor Swift’s name to draw public interest by creating tabloid clickbait instead of focusing on the facts of the case.”
Us has reached out to Swift’s team for comment on Fisher’s arrest.
