A woman slain on the midcoast was shot a dozen times.
James Clark is now charged with murder for the shooting death of 53-year-old Levern Kelley at her home in Waldoboro last month.
According to court documents, 12 bullets were removed from Kelley’s body during an autopsy.
The documents also say Kelley told co-workers if she didn’t show up for work, it was because Clark killed her.
Police also said Clark told a friend he wanted to see Kelley “drop” and “she’ll get hers.”
Police later caught Clark in Florida, and he was extradited to Maine.
