
SHERMAN, Maine — An unidentified woman driving an older model Toyota Tundra collided with a horse-drawn Amish buggy in Sherman on Thursday morning, according to Sherman Fire Chief Thomas Hayes.
The sole occupant of the buggy suffered minor injuries in the collision and was transported to Houlton Regional Hospital by Patten Ambulance Service.
The crash at 319 Benedicta Road was reported at 7:58 a.m., Hayes said.
The Maine State Police were also on scene.
