Patrick Schwarzenegger and Abby Champion are officially husband and wife after getting married in a romantic ceremony.
Schwarzenegger, 31, and Champion, 28, exchanged vows in a lakeside ceremony at the Gozzer Ranch country club in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, on Saturday, September 6, according to photos published by the Daily Mail, TMZ and other outlets.
The bride and groom wore matching cream-colored attire for their wedding. Patrick was dressed in a tuxedo with black velvet dress pants, whereas Champion wore a sleeveless gown with a full veil.
The White Lotus actor’s parents, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, were both in attendance, as were Patrick’s sister, Katherine Schwarzenegger, and her husband, Chris Pratt. (Arnold and Maria were married from 1986 to 2021.)
Shriver confirmed her son was getting married over the weekend via her Sunday Paper newsletter, writing in part, “Although Maria is away this weekend celebrating her son’s wedding (congratulations Patrick and Abby!), we wondered what insights she’d have for all of us when it comes to kicking off this new season with meaning and purpose.”

Meanwhile, Abby’s family were represented by her parents, Greg and Laura Champion, as well as her sister, former Miss Alabama Teen USA winner Baskin Champion.
All of Abby’s bridesmaids reportedly wore yellow gowns, while Patrick’s groomsmen were decked out in dark tuxedos. Family and friends of the newlyweds reportedly arrived in Idaho on Thursday to enjoy a few days of festivities leading up to Saturday’s wedding.
Abby previously revealed in August that she’d gone with some of her closest friends to Rosemary Beach, Florida for her bachelorette party. She shared a carousel of photos from the trip via Instagram, revealing that the bride-to-be and her friends spent their trip biking, swimming and, of course, partying.
Us Weekly has reached out to representatives for the couple for comment.
Us confirmed the White Lotus star’s relationship with the model in March 2016. A source revealed at the time that the couple had been dating for a while after first being spotted together in September 2015.
In December 2023, the pair announced their engagement, captioning their joint Instagram post, “
FOREVER AND EVER .”
Four months later, Patrick — who is the eldest son ofSchwarzenegger andShriver — exclusively told Us that he and Abby hadn’t “even started” planning their wedding yet due to their busy schedules.
“We are slow!” he quipped in April 2024. “I’m working right now, so I’m out of town for the next bit.”
Patrick also reflected on popping the question to Abby, sharing that she had “no idea” the proposal was coming.
“I did it during sunrise when she had no makeup on, sweats on and was sleeping!” he recounted.

Patrick then gushed over his dynamic with Abby, noting that the two “have grown so much, as individuals and in our relationship” over the years.
“We continue to grow together and separately,” he said. “We started dating when she was 18 and I was 21, every day gets better and better!”
While Patrick was able to surprise Abby with his proposal, his brother-in-law, Chris — who has been married to Patrick’s sister Katherine since June 2019 — nearly spoiled the special moment.
“We’ve been together for so long that I wanted to find some way that was going to be kind of unique, and still surprise her,” he told guest host Molly Sims during a March 2025 appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show. “And so, we go on a little morning sunrise walk at, like, 6 a.m. down at the beach and that’s when I did it.”

Both of their families were present for the occasion, but Chris’ assistance with the proposal spot nearly gave it all away.
“[He] set up an umbrella on the beach, and he set up all these roses and all these flowers, and then right when we walked down, he jumped up with the umbrella and ran away, and there was this beautiful flower arrangement,” Patrick remembered. “That’s where I proposed.”
According to Patrick, Chris did not tip off Abby “until the last second.”
“[Abby] was like, ‘Is that Chris?’” he recalled. “And I was like, ‘Yup.’”
This is the first marriage for both Patrick and Abby. He previously dated Miley Cyrus for five months from 2014 to 2015.
