Josh Hall reacted to finally being “legally divorced” from his ex-wife, Christina Haack.
“Excited to spend Labor Day weekend in the real reality,” Hall, 44, wrote via Instagram on Thursday, August 28. “Finally, legally divorced and a free man.”
He continued, “I’ve always worked hard, kept what’s mine, and declined handouts, and I’m keeping it that way. Lesson learned: don’t marry someone who needs constant public validation and will use your personal drama for attention.”
Us Weekly broke the news several hours earlier that Haack, 42, and Hall had settled their divorce. Per the terms, Hall was awarded a home and a condo in Tennessee, as well as acreage in California. He’s also able to keep furniture, five cars and all interests in his company.

The Christina on the Coast star, for her part, walked away with her Newport Beach, California, mansion, as well as multiple properties in Tennessee and her design business. She maintains all of her bank accounts and most of her cars. The court docs state that Haack needs to return a 2022 Bentley, which was previously a birthday gift from Hall.
Haack and Hall were married from 2022 to 2024, each filing for divorce last July. They reached a settlement agreement earlier this year.
“Christina is pleased to confirm that a settlement has been reached through mediation,” a rep for Haack told Us in May. “She extends her sincere appreciation to her attorney, Laura Wasser, and her team for their professional guidance and support throughout the process.”
Haack also gave Wasser a social media shout-out following the mediation session.

“You are all a true class act. I loved watching you in action and how you handle everything and everyone with class and grace,” Haack wrote via her Instagram Stories. “I appreciate you all beyond words. I have learned so much under your guidance.”
She concluded, “I can’t wait to move on with my life and focus on what’s ahead and all my blessings.”
Hall has also moved on and is dating Stephanie Gabrys.
“Josh met someone wonderful in Nashville, and they have been happily dating for some time,” a source told Us in January. “Josh wasn’t trying to date, but he met someone, and it was a perfect match.”
Haack, for her part, is currently in a relationship with Christopher LaRocca. She was previously married to Tarek El Moussa from 2006 to 2016 and Ant Anstead from 2018 to 2020. Haack and El Moussa, 44, are parents to two children, while Haack shares a son with Anstead, 46.
