BANGOR — Haley Ward, Inc., a growing employee-owned professional services firm is proud to announce its inclusion on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list, an annual recognition of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. This is the first time that Haley Ward has been recognized on this list, debuting at number 3667. This recognition highlights the firm’s sustained growth as well as its commitment to strategic investment in people, partnerships and communities.

Founded in Brewer, Haley Ward has grown from a local engineering firm into a multidisciplinary consulting company serving clients across New England and Florida. Its rise to the Inc. 5000 reflects years of strategic growth, and a deep commitment to quality, community, and employee ownership.

“Inclusion on the Inc. 5000 is a reflection of the work of our employee-owners and the deliberate path we’ve taken,” said President and CEO Denis St. Peter, PE. “Through times of challenge and change, we’ve stayed focused on expanding thoughtfully, serving our clients with excellence, and building a sustainable firm together.”

Haley Ward’s momentum has been fueled by both organic expansion and a series of strategic acquisitions that have strengthened its capabilities and market reach. In 2022, Haley Ward acquired firms in New Hampshire, Connecticut and Florida, adding depth in municipal, civil and structural engineering. The acquisition of a firm in 2023 expanded Haley Ward’s architectural design services in Massachusetts, while the additions of Maine and Florida firms bolstered its expertise in BIM coordination and land surveying, respectively. Most recently, in 2024, Haley Ward acquired EDC, Inc., a full-service civil engineering, planning, environmental, and land development consulting firm in Florida, solidifying its presence in the Southeast.

Today, Haley Ward has 19 offices throughout New England and Florida, offering services in engineering, environmental science, architecture, land surveying, planning, and BIM.

“This achievement isn’t just a number, it’s a signal to our clients, partners, and employees that hard work, vision, and shared ownership pay off,” said Travis Noyes, PE, chief operating officer. “We’re honored to be part of this year’s Inc. 5000 and proud to represent the values that make Haley Ward a resilient, people-focused firm.”

Haley Ward is an employee-owned professional engineering, architecture, environmental, planning, BIM and surveying consulting firm with employees in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Florida. Learn more at haleyward.com.
