The streamer has lined up several new and returning series that are set to premiere during the final full month of summer.

‘Wednesday’ (2022 – Present)
Even among streaming shows, a three-year hiatus is a little long for any series to be gone. Nevertheless, Wednesday makes its much-anticipated return in August with the first part of its second season. Jenna Ortega is reprising her role as Wednesday Addams after her star-making turn in the first season.
During Wednesday’s second year at Nevermore Academy, the stakes are increasingly personal. The life of Wednesday’s only true friend, Enid Sinclair (Emma Myers), is on the line if Wednesday can’t unravel the new mystery in time. Considering that Myers is an emerging star in her own right, don’t count on Enid’s survival. But there will definitely be a lot more of the Addams Family in Wednesday season 2, especially since Morticia (Catherine Zeta-Jones) is somehow connected to the unfolding story at Nevermore.
Wednesday season 2, part 1 will stream on Netflix on August 6.
‘Outlander’ (2014 – Present)
The Starz original series Outlander has been streaming on Netflix for years, but it’s inching closer to catching up with the episodes that originally premiered on the cable channel. When the series began, Claire Randall (Caitríona Balfe) was a nurse from World War II who was mysteriously transported back to Scotland in 1743. That’s where she met the love of her life, Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan).

By the time of season 7, Jamie and Claire have relocated to America on the cusp of the Revolutionary War. That’s going to force the Frasers to pick sides in the conflict between the British and the Americans. ‘My Life With the Walter Boys’ (2023 – Present)
Jackie Howard (Nikki Rodriguez) is the teenage girl at the heart of My Life With the Walter Boys. Following the death of her parents in a car accident, Jackie was taken in by the Walter family and relocated from New York to Silver Falls, Colorado. During season 1, Jackie found herself romantically drawn to two of the Walter brothers, Alex (Ashby Gentry) and Cole (Noah LaLonde).
The first season ended with Jackie leaving Silver Falls after Alex confessed his love for her, in part because she had kissed Cole shortly beforehand. Katherine Walter (Sarah Rafferty) convinces Jackie to come back, but that means she’ll have to make her peace with the brothers and determine if either of them is the one she wants to romantically pursue.
