
A 25-year-old man has been identified as the person who was found badly injured laying on a Scarborough road last weekend.
A driver came upon the man identified as Darlon Aguilar of Portland on Ginn Road, off Payne Road, around 11:20 p.m. on Saturday, according to Maine Department of Public Safety spokesperson Shannon Moss. No other people or vehicles were in the area.
Aguilar was taken by ambulance to a hospital with what police described as “significant trauma,” and he remains in critical condition at the Maine Medical Center in Portland.
Scarborough police are investigating the incident with help from South Portland police and Maine State Police.
