The horror film Until Dawn has arrived on Netflix after debuting in theaters earlier this year.

Until Dawn was inspired by the PlayStation 4 game of the same name, with some liberties taken for the big screen. But it’s a fun story with some interesting twists.

Netflix has a very wide selection of films that should appeal to fans of Until Dawn, including some recent movies.

To narrow things down, Watch With Us has chosen the three Netflix horror movies you need to watch if you like Until Dawn.

8 Must-Watch Horror Movies to Stream Right Now (May 2025)

Us (2019)

Jordan Peele‘s second film as a director was Us, a horror movie that brings some new ideas to the table. When she was young, Adelaide (Madison Curry) encountered Red (Curry), her exact duplicate. That incident left Adelaide so shaken that it took years of therapy to get over. In the present, Adelaide (Lupita Nyong’o) comes face-to-face with Red again, who explains that she is one of The Tethered.

Seemingly everyone in America has a Tethered counterpart who lives underground. That includes Adelaide’s husband, Gabe (Winston Duke), and their children, Zora (Shahadi Wright Joseph) and Jason (Evan Alex). The Tethered have emerged to murder their doubles and take over their lives on the surface. And even if Adelaide and her family can escape, there are now Tethered doubles everywhere, and they’re not too happy.

Us is streaming on Netflix.

Talk to Me (2022)

Talk to Me is a film that offers its characters incontrovertible proof that the afterlife is real. And what do the teens do with this information? They turn it into a party game that gives them a supernatural high. Anyone can talk to the dead with the help of an enigmatic severed hand, but the connection needs to be broken in 90 seconds or else the spirits settle in and attempt to harm the possessed body.

Mia (Sophie Wilde) breaks the rules because one of the conjured spirits is her recently deceased mother, Rhea (Alexandria Steffensen). Speaking to Rhea through a possessed boy named Riley (Joe Bird) gives Mia a chance for closure. However, it’s Riley who has to pay the price when the time limit isn’t met, and there’s going to be hell to pay if Mia and her friends want to save him from his fate.

Heart Eyes (2025)

Don’t couple up or you’re dead. Those are words to live by in Heart Eyes, because the titular serial killer specifically targets couples, and he’s eluded capture for years. Ally McCabe (Olivia Holt) didn’t think she’d be a potential victim since she recently broke up with her boyfriend.

Unfortunately for Ally, Heart Eyes saw Ally kissing her colleague, Jay Simmonds (Mason Gooding), to make her ex jealous. That was enough for Heart Eyes to pick them as his next victims. Heart Eyes not only plans to murder the non-couple, he also wants to frame Jay for his crimes.

Heart Eyes is streaming on Netflix.
