Belly’s engagement ring on The Summer I Turned Pretty is going viral for its size, but how much does it cost?
Turns out Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno) doesn’t have to worry about being in too much debt from his additional college semester. The ring he gave Belly (Lola Tung) during the Wednesday, July 23, episode of the hit Prime Video series was identified as Catbird’s Diamond Fizz Ring Sparkler, which is crafted in 14k gold and is priced at $298.
Wednesday’s episode is living rent-free in the minds of fans after Belly and Jeremiah ruined a celebratory lunch with their loved ones by revealing their plans to get married. What the majority of the table didn’t know is that the proposal came days after Belly found out Jeremiah cheated on her — twice.
Belly and Jeremiah’s family members were still furious about their decision, and the vibe only got worse when the bride-to-be showed off her ring.

“Belly saying she wish she could wear the ring now mind u she could and nobody would notice,” one fan wrote via X, while another added, “Ring is so small you can’t even tell she put it on.”
Other viewers agreed with Belly’s friend Taylor, who said, “Is it a diamond or, like, a sliver of tinfoil?” Even the official social media account for the Empire State Building got in on the fun with a TikTok about the “microscopic” accessory.
Season 3 of The Summer I Turned Pretty continues to leave viewers divided between Team Jeremiah and Team Conrad. Based on Jenny Han’s book series of the same name, The Summer I Turned Pretty centers on Belly’s conflicting feelings for Conrad (Chris Briney) — and later for his brother.
Ahead of the show’s final season, the cast and Prime Video encouraged viewers to be reasonable with their reactions to the ending.
“Cousins is our safe place. Everything good, everything magical. Let’s keep the conversation kind this summer,” read a July post from Prime Video. “We have a ZERO tolerance policy for bullying and hate speech. If you engage in any of the following, you will be banned.”

The statement asked that fans not engage in “hate speech or bullying, targeting our cast or crew and harassing or doxxing members of the community.”
Tung, 22, previously shared a message for viewers who were taking fictional shipping too far. “When people have an attachment to the characters, they want to see it come together at the end,” she told Teen Vogue before the premiere. “I’m so grateful that they care so much, but people get a little scary about it.”
Tung continued: “Please don’t threaten to kill someone if something doesn’t go your way — I promise you, it’s not that serious. Jenny is so smart and she cares so much about the story and making it the best story that it can be. It will be OK.”
