
BANGOR, Maine — A well known children’s choir from France is returning to Bangor to perform for the first time since 2019.
The Choeur d’Enfants d’ile-de-France, under the direction of choir master Professor Francis Bardot, will sing a program of sacred music at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 24 at St. John Catholic Church, 217 York St. Admission to the concert is free but donations are encouraged.
The choir, which currently has 45 members ranging in age from 8 to 14 years old, has performed in Bangor several times in the past dating back to the late 1980s.
