Sara Foster hinted that David Foster might actually be in touch with ex-wife Yolanda Hadid.
The Nobody Wants This producer played it coy during a Wednesday, July 9, appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen when Cohen, 57, asked if David still speaks with his Hadid.
“He doesn’t say,” Sara, 44, replied to Cohen, who knows the former couple from Hadid’s stint as a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills “Who knows if they exchange pleasantries, I don’t know. He actively raised those girls so there’s a lot of love there. And with us too.”
David, 75, and Hadid, 61, announced their split in 2015 after four years of marriage. He was stepdad to her kids, Gigi, Bella and Anwar.

Sara added that she is still in touch with her former stepsiblings.
“I love those girls,” she said. “I just saw Gigi last month.”
Sara previously confirmed during an October 2024 appearance on Watch What Happens Live that though it had been “a minute” since she’d seen Yolanda, “I’d be happy to run into her. Yeah, absolutely.”
David is now married to Katharine McPhee after the couple tied the knot in 2019. They welcomed son Rennie in 2021. In addition to Sara, he shares daughters Erin and Jordan with his second wife, Rebecca Dyer, to whom he was married from 1982 to 1986. He and his first wife, B.J. Cook, share daughter Amy from their marriage, which lasted from 1972 to 1981.

Though David hasn’t publicly revealed what led to his marriage with Yolanda ending, he addressed their split in his Netflix documentary, David Foster: Off the Record, after he took some heat for leaving her amid her battle with Lyme disease.
“How can I leave a sick woman? The fact of the matter is, that is not the reason why I left,” he said. “It was for a different reason, which I will never disclose, but it had nothing to do with her being sick. I would get and still get, ‘I know you, you’re on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.’ And what I want to say is, ‘Hey, I got 16 f***ing Grammys, OK? I’ve sold half a billion records. F*** that show.’”
David, who was also married to Linda Thompson from 1991 to 2005, admitted that his personal life may have overshadowed his success as a composer and musician.
“Probably more people know me from reality TV and from being married a lot of times than for my actual music. Well, let’s analyze,” David said. “Because I was married to Linda who was married to [Caitlyn] Jenner, who then married Kris Kardashian, and had the Jenner kids and the Kardashian kids and then I was married Yolanda Hadid, who had Gigi and Bella, and I was married to Rebecca and B.J., where we had our own daughters, so it’s very, very complicated.”
