Two men have been arrested for allegedly trafficking cocaine and fentanyl in central Maine.
Brian Gleason, 38, of Winslow and Milciades Diaz-Soto, 34, of Charlestown, Massachusetts, have been charged with aggravated drug trafficking, according to the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
During a Tuesday search of Gleason’s apartment in Winslow, police found just over a pound of cocaine, as well as some fentanyl, $2,000 in suspected drug proceeds and a .38-caliber handgun, the MDEA said Wednesday.
The cocaine was worth an estimated $62,500, and the fentanyl was worth an estimated $1,400.
They are being held without bail at the Kennebec County Jail in Augusta pending their first court appearance.
