- Get married and have kids
- Buy a duplex, live in one half, rent the other
- Invest monthly: 80% in SPY (S&P 500), 20% in Bitcoin

Bitcoin Still Has a Seat at the Table
This isn’t an anti-Bitcoin rant. In fact, Brandt clearly values Bitcoin – enough to give it 20% of his ideal portfolio. That’s more than gold, which he’s left out entirely.
