Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Justin have been accused of “brutal gang rape” in a new lawsuit.
Justin, now 31, allegedly lured an anonymous woman from Louisiana to Los Angeles with the promise of helping her break into the entertainment industry, according to newly filed court documents obtained by Us Weekly. The plaintiff claimed that she was sexually assaulted by Diddy, now 55, and two other “masked men.”
The woman claimed that she first connected with Justin, Diddy’s son with ex Misa Hylton, in 2017 via Snapchat. Their conversation allegedly escalated from sharing explicit photos to an invitation out to L.A.
Us Weekly has reached out to reps for both the disgraced music mogul and Justin for comment. Diddy’s attorney swiftly shut down the allegations.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” a legal representative for Diddy told Us in a statement on Friday, June 27. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
Diddy is currently on trial for charges pertaining to sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution and racketeering conspiracy. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and denied every allegation against him.
“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo told Us in September 2024. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.”
Justin and his mother have both been spotted in the courtroom during Diddy’s trial. The jury heard closing remarks starting on Thursday, June 27.
“I wanted to tell you thank you,” Diddy told Judge Arun Subramanian earlier this week. “You’re doing an awesome job.”

While Diddy’s team has maintained his innocence and is seeking acquittal over all the charges, the prosecution demanded “justice” for the alleged crimes.
“It’s time to hold him accountable,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Christy Slavik said on Thursday. “To find justice. To find the defendant guilty.”
Diddy’s lawyers will deliver their closing argument on Friday before jury deliberations begin.
