Analyst Predicts Altcoin Season if Bitcoin and S&P 500 Rally: Presales like BTC Bull Token Could Explode

Analyst Kevin Svenson predicts a massive altcoin market explosion if two things come together:
- Bitcoin soars to new highs, perhaps above $110–$115K
- Another asset class (like the S&P 500) breaks all-time highs
He’s referencing the OTHERS chart (currently $230B), which tracks the total crypto market cap without the top 10 cryptos and stablecoins. According to Svenson, the chart is mirroring last year’s December rally that took the altcoins market cap to over $430B.
That’s also when Ethereum peaked at $4K (remember those days?) and Solana at $200+. And when this happened, both Bitcoin and the S&P 500 soared to new highs.
Recently, Bitcoin broke through multiple ATHs. We’re now waiting for the S&P to do the same, and we might be looking at an explosive altcoin rally in the coming months.

Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac Draft Plans that Let Borrowers Count Crypto as an Asset for US Mortgages

Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac were ordered by FHFA Director William J. Pulte to draft plans that let borrowers use crypto as part of their reserve requirements when buying mortgages guaranteed by either of the two Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSE). Notably, the crypto must be held on U.S. regulated centralized exchanges, and the two GSEs need to:
- spell out eligible coins that can meet reserve requirements,
- volatility haircuts,
- verification methods
Lastly, Frannie Mae and Freddie Mac will have to get FHFA sign-off before they can implement this change.
This directive is which is very much aligned with Trump’s wider push for digital asset adoption in the US, and it could enable Millennials and Gen Zers who already have some of their wealth in Bitcoin and ETH to satisfy reserve requirements for their mortgages without needing to liquidate their hard-amassed crypto wealth,
On the other hand, it will also introduce new risk management problems, ranging from proof of exchange custody to wallet ownerships, and top-ups if asset prices slide.
