Forbes compiled the list based on an independent survey of more than 26,000 U.S. consumers, who evaluated their credit unions across key categories including trust, branch and digital services, financial advice, customer care and terms and conditions. Additionally, a sentiment analysis of publicly available reviews helped inform final rankings.
