NFL star Tyreek Hill accused his estranged wife, Keeta Hill, of stealing from him, but she adamantly denies his claims, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by Us, the Miami Dolphins wide receiver scoffed at Keeta’s request for spousal support. He said the marriage lasted less than two years, and she is not entitled to alimony.
“Additionally, [Keeta] is educated, able-bodied, employable, has had [Tyreek] contribute to her individual business ventures and capable of self-support,” the NFL star’s lawyer noted.
“The wife is voluntarily unemployed,” he added.
Tyreek, 31, also objected to Keeta’s request for exclusive use of his Miami condo. He said that he voluntarily left the home for a short period to stay in a hotel.
He said he did this to “protect himself from [Keeta’s] threats directed towards him and her insistence on calling law enforcement whenever he attempted to spend time alone with their child.”
Tyreek said his ex moved her mom and sister into his home against his wishes.
He accuses his ex of instigating arguments so that she and her family could gain exclusive control of the home. He denied ever being threatening, violent or abusive towards her.

He said he has not listed the Miami condo for sale, but will need to unless Keeta, 29, plans to maintain the home.
Tyreek said they did not have joint accounts because of Keeta’s “history of stealing money from” him, which had been the “cause of significant arguments.”
He claimed he only provided her “with his debit card, on specific occasions, to pay for specific airline travel and bills related to the household.”
His lawyer said Tyreek “believes [Keeta] has primarily focused on how much money she can obtain from [Tyreek] to maintain the appearance of her lifestyle on the Internet rather than caring about future economic security. [Tyreek] has never lived a luxurious lifestyle due to his deep desire to have future security for him and his children.”
Keeta’s lawyer Evan Marks denied the claims to Us.
He said, “In his filings, Tyreek accuses Keeta of stealing from him during their marriage. This is patently false. Tyreek apparently does not understand that in Florida, all income earned during the marriage is ‘marital’, meaning that it is presumed to belong to both parties, regardless of who earns it.”

He continued, “This is true unless there is a prenuptial agreement. Here there is no prenuptial agreement. Tyreek did not want Keeta to sign a prenuptial agreement when they got married, so all of the income earned during the marriage was, and is, marital.”
Marks ended, “That being said, the evidence will show that at all times Tyreek was well aware of all of the expenditures Keeta made on all of the accounts that she used, and we look forward to having the opportunity to prove this in court.”
In response, Tyreek’s lawyer Michael A. Gottlieb told Us, “We stand by the claims made in our pleadings, which speak for themselves. We look forward to the judicial system working so that Mr. Hill can move forward in a positive and meaningful direction.”
In his filing, Tyreek also said he does not have a permanent housing solution for himself. He said he had to find a short-term home due to Keeta’s alleged threats. He said paying for both homes has been a financial strain.
Keeta filed for divorce from Tyreek in April, only days after police were called out to the then-couple’s Florida home.
According to TMZ, Keeta’s mom made the 911 call after Tyreek allegedly threw a computer to the ground and then picked up the daughter he shares with Keeta. No charges were filed over the incident.
A rep for the Dolphins said, “We were informed that the police were called to Tyreek Hill’s home, and after conversations with Tyreek and members of his family, the police departed the residence without further incident and the case was closed.”
In her divorce petition, Keeta, who wed Tyreek in early 2024, listed the date of separation as April 7, 2025. She told the court the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”
Keeta asked the court to award her child and spousal support. In addition, she demanded temporary exclusive use of the $4.8 million condo in Miami that they lived in.

Her lawyer argued, “[Tyreek] has leased a new luxury apartment for himself; however, he refuses to allow [Keeta] to have exclusive use and possession of the marital home [temporarily] because he wants to come and go and send his family members to the home whenever he pleases, regardless of [Keeta’s] and the child’s schedule. This is an additional element of coercive control that [Tyreek] is trying to exert over [Keeta].”
In another filing, Keeta opposed Tyreek being allowed to take their daughter until he learned to “respect boundaries and to place the baby’s needs over his own impulses and desires.”
In his newly filed response, Tyreek agrees that they split in April and the marriage is over.
The NFL star asked the court to award shared parenting time for their daughter. He also asked for an equitable distribution of assets.
“The parties have accumulated very limited personal and real property during the course of their short-term marriage,” Tyreek’s lawyer wrote. “In addition, the assets accumulated were solely generated due to the pre-marital business and employment activities previously in place by [Tyreek] and without any contribution by [Keeta].”
He asked that Keeta also be on the hook for contributing to the cost of extracurricular activities, supplies and field trips for their daughter.
Tyreek said he has a “strong bond” with his child. He said he has and will continue to provide financially. He claimed to have been supporting the child by providing finances for the child to live at a condo with costs exceeding $50,000 a month.
Tyreek’s counterpetition also asked that Keeta be responsible for his legal fees.
He also accused Keeta of being controlling when it comes to him spending time with their daughter. He said he has “consistently requested time with the child, but [Keeta] has consistently denied his requests unless he spends his time with the child” at their former home.
In response, Keeta denied Tyreek’s claim that she was not entitled to alimony. She did agree on a shared parenting plan for their daughter.
The case is ongoing.
