“One Big Beautiful Bill” makes no sense for the majority of Americans. It might look good for the wealthy, but it takes away many of the support systems for the less fortunate. It also does not make a dent in our national debt, which costs our country significantly in interest payments.
It lowered the U.S. credit rating by a national credit agency, which in turn decreases our financial credibility in the world. Because of this the value of the dollar will be less on the international marketplace.
It is time for Congress to increase taxes instead of giving a tax break to the wealthy and selling the majority of Americans down the river.
