It is good to see that President Donald Trump is concerned about people spitting on and stoning police officers. So he called up the National Guard to help protect the police and federal facilities in Los Angeles.
Where was the National Guard on Jan. 6, 2021, when $3 million in damage was caused by crowds that he incited and encouraged? That crowd indirectly caused the death of five police officers. When the capitol police needed help, where was the president?
President Trump wants us to think he is “The Law and Order President.” If that is true, how come many of the Jan. 6th convicts were pardoned? If that is true, how come he pardons many criminals whose only redeeming quality seems to be that they have said good things about him. Is he really a law and order president?
I think the truth is, he likes the law when it helps him. When the law goes against him he calls it unjust or a witch hunt. Trump needs to be a president for all Americans, not just white criminals.
