Hurley took to Instagram on her 60th birthday, Tuesday, June 10, to share a naked photo of herself smiling in a serene field.
With her legs folded up to maintain her modesty, the actress sat on the grass as the sun shone down on her. “Feeling very blessed and grateful for having the best friends & family in the world 
pic taken this afternoon… in my birthday suit xxx,” she captioned the stunning snap.
Hurley’s boyfriend, Billy Ray Cyrus, commented within the post’s first live hour, writing, “I love you ” and attracting more than 100 likes.

Cyrus, 63, spread the birthday cheer to his own Instagram account where he shared a photo of Hurley perched upon his lap as the loved-up couple flashed broad grins. “Happy birthday to the love of my life ,” the country music legend captioned the shot, before sharing it via his Instagram Stories.
Hurley’s post also detailed some of her favorite achievements, including finding love with Cyrus, with her caption continuing, “This year has already been a wild ride; my 30th year of working with the Estée Lauder Companies, my 30th year as the Global Ambassador of the @esteelaudercompanies Breast Cancer Campaign, the 20th anniversary of @elizabethhurleybeach and… I’m in love .”
Hurley is no stranger to flaunting her fabulously fit frame, sharing regular Instagram photos of herself wearing bikinis. On June 1, Hurley posted two images that captured her in a strapless blue bandeau bikini as she watered a garden. “My happy place #englishsummer,” she captioned the carousel.
A previous bikini-peppered Instagram carousel was shared on May 3 as Hurley reflected on a vacation in the Maldives. That post showed her in a red triangle bikini as she posed on a white-sand beach.
As for her growing relationship with Cyrus, the pair made their red carpet debut just three weeks after the Maldives post, attending the opening of an exhibition in Rome, Italy on May 24. Demonstrating how close the pair had become, Hurley and Cyrus were joined by Hurley’s son, Damien Hurley, whom she shared with her ex, Steve Bing, who died in 2020.

A source told Us Weekly that the couple, who met on the set of the 2022 holiday film Christmas in Paradise, were dating for about four months before making things Instagram official in April.
Another insider told Us, “Liz’s friends have known about it for a while. It’s not a new thing. She had sworn them to secrecy, and they didn’t tell anyone outside her tight circle.”
