Move over, MomTok — because you have some royal competition from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
“Four years ago today, this also happened,” Meghan, 43, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, June 4, sharing delivery room footage before daughter Princess Lilibet’s birth. “Both of our children were a week past their due dates.”
She added, “So when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work — there was only one thing left to do! 
.”
In the clip, Meghan and Harry, 40, bust a move in the hospital. Wearing a black sundress, the Duchess of Sussex cradled her baby bump while doing a shimmy back and forth. Harry, who was initially off-camera, then strode into frame doing his own dance moves.

Meghan and Harry’s previously unseen home video reminds Us of the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cast, who rose to fame by sharing their own dancing videos on TikTok — Meghan and Harry’s video gives major Whitney Leavitt and husband Connor Leavitt vibes before they welcomed baby No. 3. Of course, the Mormon Wives stars’ notoriety far eclipsed choreography after member Taylor Frankie Paul divulged in 2021 that the influencer squad was having “soft-swinging” parties despite their Mormon upbringings.
Meghan, meanwhile, only joined social media earlier this year after she and Harry stepped down from their positions as senior working royals in 2020. After leaving Harry’s native England with son Prince Archie in tow, they settled in Montecito, California. The couple welcomed Lili in June 2021 after a previous miscarriage.
Meghan used her newly minted Instagram account — she previously shuttered her page upon her 2018 wedding to Harry — to celebrate her daughter’s milestone birthday.
“Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives — and each day is brighter and better because of it,” Meghan gushed earlier on Wednesday, sharing rare photos of Lili. “Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!”

Meghan also celebrated Archie’s birthday via an Instagram tribute last month.
“Our son. Our sun. Happy 6th birthday to Archie,” she gushed on May 6. “Thank you for all of the love, prayers, and warm wishes for our sweet boy. He’s six! Where did the time go? (And for all of you who came to celebrate with us at his party last weekend, thank you for making his birthday so incredibly special).”
