Northern Light’s Waterville hospital will end its clinical services Tuesday.
Inland Hospital will shutter its emergency room at noon and end its clinical services at 5 p.m., according to Northern Light Health.
The health system announced in March that the 48-bed hospital would close June 11. It comes as Inland Hospital has been losing $1.5 million a month. Since that announcement, the hospital has been winding down its services.
People can still access services at Northern Light Primary Care in Unity and Madison and Northern Light Walk-In Care in Waterville.
