Kourtney Kardashian recalled her experience attending one of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ infamous parties in a resurfaced video amid his ongoing trial.
The clip was from a 2016 episode of Khloé Kardashian’s former talk show Kocktails With Khloé when Diddy was a guest. Kourtney also appeared on the episode, confirming that she had “definitely hung out with Diddy” at his various events over the years.
“The party at Tao, the dinner party. The first time I got socked in the face,” Kourtney, now 46, said at the time. Kylie Jenner, who was sitting next to Kourtney, noted that she “loved” hearing this particular story. Diddy, for his part, appeared surprised.
“I got socked in the face because I was waiting in line for the bathroom at Tao, which Diddy rented out the whole restaurant and it was for his birthday,” Kourtney recalled. “I was in line for the bathroom and this girl cut in front of me and I was like, ‘Excuse me, I’m next.’ And she literally just went, boom, right in the face.”

Diddy said that he remembered hearing someone got punched at the party.
“Nobody was with me, I was by myself, and I was just standing there,” Kourtney continued. “She went [into the bathroom] and the next stall was open, and I went in and just started crying by myself.”
Khloé, 40, said she “tried to find the girl,” but they didn’t have any success.
The resurfaced moment comes as Diddy’s trial, which began earlier this month, continues. Many of his parties — specifically ones called freak-offs — have been discussed publicly as his legal battle continues.
Diddy, now 55, was arrested in September 2024 and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and has denied all of the allegations against him.

“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo said in a statement at the time. “He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal. To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”
Since his arrest, Diddy has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. His four requests for bail were denied by Judge Arun Subramanian.
