Ariana Madix provided an update on the sale of her and ex Tom Sandoval’s shared house.
During an appearance on the Sunday, May 11, episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Madix, 39, revealed where the contentious back-and-forth saga now stands.
“You and Tom agreed to sell your shared home, what’s the latest news?” Cohen, 56, asked the Love Island USA host, to which she responded, “That is ongoing but hopefully wrapping up soon.”
Madix’s update comes more than six months after Sandoval, 42, said he had agreed to sell the Los Angeles abode following Madix taking January 2024 legal action following their 2023 split. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly last year, Madix alleged there was “discord” between Sandoval and herself, who are co-owners of the house. Sandoval had pushed to receive full ownership before agreeing to put the home on the market.

Cohen asked Madix during her WWHL appearance whether she and Sandoval were “cohabitating” as they continue to find a buyer, with Madix explaining that she now has her own separate house while Sandoval still “lives there.” (Sandoval’s girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson told Us in October 2024 that she was considering moving in with Sandoval and he confirmed the pair’s intentions during the October 23 episode of his “Everybody Loves Tom” podcast.)
Us also confirmed in March 2024 that Madix bought a $1.6 million house that month.
Madix and Sandoval originally purchased their shared property in 2019 for $2 million. Four years later, Sandoval made headlines when news broke that he had an affair with his Vanderpump Rules costar Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

Us confirmed in March 2023 that Sandoval and Madix split after nine years together in the wake of the scandal. Despite finding love with Daniel Wai in April 2023, Madix remained roommates with Sandoval in their house as they navigated their next moves.
“During the time that I have been on Dancing With the Stars, I have for the most part been in an AirBnB,” Madix revealed during a December 2023 WWHL appearance. “I’m working on the situation with the ownership of the house. We own it equally.”
That same month, the Vanderpump Rules season 11 trailer dropped, seemingly showing Madix refusing to sell the house to Sandoval in the off chance he and Leviss, 29, were still together and wanted to stay there together.
Madix’s most recent WWHL appearance also discussed her thoughts on Jax Taylor’s July 2024 rehab stint, with Madix telling Cohen that her former costar’s decision to seek such help surprised her. “I never would’ve thought he would’ve done that,” Madix said.
