Rockland police arrested a Warren man late Tuesday night on outstanding warrants and additionally found drugs in his possession, the department said.
Police said they were patrolling near a suspected drug trafficking location around midnight and stopped a car after recognizing a man inside as having active warrants.
They arrested Jason Olsen, 40, for violating conditions of release and failing to appear on a prior drug charge, the department said.
During the arrest, officers found several baggies totalling 20 grams of what they suspected were narcotics, the department said. Olsen was charged with possessing scheduled drugs and police said they expect him to receive additional charges including felony aggravated trafficking.
